Our Fees: Divorce Family and Children Matters

Our charge for a straightforward undefended divorce is £400.00 plus VAT.  In addition there is a fee payable to the Court – currently £550.00

We cannot quote a fixed fee for matrimonial financial disputes as the work involved in these varies very considerably from case to case.  We will, however, provide you with a very approximate fee estimate at the outset and revise this if necessary as the case progresses.  Wherever possible we will let you know what fees you are incurring beforehand.  We will also provide you with a written summary of the court procedures.
