Our Fees: Commercial Properties

Our fees are to be negotiated dependent on the anticipated amount of work.  For the sale/purchase or mortgage of a business we will where possible quote a fee in advance.  This fee will depend on the anticipated amount of work and the complexity of the transaction.

We make a standard charge of £125.00 plus VAT for dealing with the transfer of a liquor licence.
